Q: What is this?

A: It's a free service that sends you a text message when the surf is good, and only when it's good.

Q: What's "good surf"?

A: Better than 3 feet, and at least "good" quality.

Q: Why's it free? Are you guys going to spam me?

A: No spam ever. We tack a small text ad to the bottom of the text message alerts (Swell Signals). You only get an ad on a Swell Signal, never by itself. We never share your info with anyone else, period. And there's no hidden fees at all. You just pay your cell company whatever they charge for text messages.

Q: What if I want to unsubscribe?

A: Easy. Just login on this site and remove all the beaches you're subscribed to. You'll never get another text from us unless you sign back in and add beaches.

Q: Who are you guys?

A: Just some surfers who were tired of missing sneak swells.
